
The fuel supply system developed by Hunan Teddy Aviation provides fuel for the engine, conducting cold and hot tests to achieve long-term ground testing and assessment of the engine. This system is controlled and operated by a measurement and control system. The measurement and control system starts a predetermined control program through instructions from the upper computer to achieve the function of adding and subtracting fuel during engine testing, while measuring real-time pressure, temperature, and flow parameters of the fuel supply outlet. The fuel supply system can diagnose abnormal conditions such as overheating, overpressure, and insufficient flow, evaluate the working status and technical performance of the engine, and ensure stable operation and timely handling of abnormal situations.
The main core functions include the fuel supply control module in constant pressure mode (pressure priority, flow following) and constant flow mode (flow priority, pressure adaptive); Under the safety protection system, if the pressure is greater than 110% of the set value, sound and light alarm+automatic pressure relief, and the temperature is greater than 150 ℃ for 10 seconds, cut off the fuel and nitrogen purge; Real time calculation of fuel consumption rate under the data management system module (BSFC algorithm integration); At the same time, in customized services, we can simulate sudden changes in air refueling flow and develop functions such as buffer accumulator+high-speed servo valve joint control, truly achieving comprehensive evaluation of engine performance and technical performance in any working state.
