
The high and low temperature oil source system provides power source for the test piece and can achieve long-term ground testing of the test piece. This system is controlled and operated by a measurement and control system. The measurement and control system starts a predetermined control program by receiving external instructions, controls the oil supply pump and regulating valve of the oil source, and achieves functions such as oil supply, pressure regulation, and flow control of the test piece; Simultaneously measuring parameters such as pressure and temperature of the fuel supply system, diagnosing abnormal situations such as overheating and overpressure, as well as equipment failures such as pumps and valves in the fuel supply system, to ensure stable operation of the test power source under normal conditions and timely handling of abnormal situations.
Temperature control core module:
The composite temperature control technology adopts PID algorithm and fuzzy control, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃ and a temperature range covering -70 ℃ to+200 ℃ (the extended version can reach+300 ℃).
Dual cycle refrigeration system (stacked compressor unit+liquid nitrogen assisted cooling), achieving rapid cooling (cooling rate ≥ 10 ℃/min).
Hydraulic power unit:
Variable displacement piston pump (pressure 35MPa, flow rate 100L/min)+servo valve closed-loop control, dynamic response frequency ≥ 50Hz.
The fuel tank is made of 316L stainless steel material, with built-in magnetic filter and vacuum degassing device (water content ≤ 50ppm).
Pipeline system:
Double layer insulated pipeline (inner PTFE lining, outer vacuum insulation jacket), equipped with electric tracing anti condensation system.
The quick connector complies with SAE AS5202 standard, with a pressure resistance of 50MPa and a leakage rate of<1 × 10 ⁻⁶ cc/sec.
Performance characteristics
Temperature control accuracy: ± 1 ℃, using multi-stage PID algorithm and high response heating/cooling module to avoid the influence of oil thermal inertia.
Stability: Pressure fluctuation ≤ ± 0.2% FS, flow fluctuation ≤ ± 1% FS, suitable for high-frequency variable load conditions.
Multi level fault warning: Real time monitoring of pump group vibration, valve response delay, filter blockage, etc., triggering maintenance prompts in advance.
Data traceability: Record all abnormal events (such as overpressure and overload) and operation logs, support fault tree analysis.
Flexible configuration: optional online oil detection (moisture, particle size) and flowmeter calibration module.
