Oil degradation simulation system: High temperature oxidation reactor (200 ℃/10 bar)+particle injection device (capable of generating ISO 4406 22/19/16 grade contaminated oil).

Triboelectric testing unit: Four ball machine (load 0-4000N)+white light interferometer (surface roughness measurement resolution 0.1nm).

Online monitoring system: Inductive abrasive particle sensor (lower limit of ferromagnetic particle detection 5 μ m)+Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (oil oxidation value detection accuracy 0.1abs).
